Our Fort Collins Office is located near the heart of the city, just off College Avenue. We’re on the second floor, above the Drivers License Office. We share the suite with some other dedicated healthcare providers, so you’ll find our name among a few on the door. Our office and restrooms are wheelchair accessible.

When you arrive, feel free to have a seat in the waiting room, and your therapist will be out to greet you shortly.

Directions to Our Fort Collins Office

From I-25

1. Take exit 265, Harmony Road in Fort Collins and head west

2. Follow Harmony Road westbound to College Avenue/Highway 287

3. Turn righ on College Avenue and head north on College.

4. Follow College Avenue north to the intersection with West Swallow Road (there is a traffic light).

5. Turn right onto Swallow Road.

6. Turn left into the very first parking lot.

7. We are in the same building with the Driver’s License office.

In the Building

Once you come in the north entrance of the building, you’ll find yourself in a lobby area. Take the elevator up to the second floor. Turn left out of the elevator and follow the hallway all the way south and then turn right. The very first door on the left after turning right is suite 207. Step inside and the suite and have a seat in the waiting area. Your counselor will come out and get you from the waiting area.
